CALLING FOR POSTER ABSTRACT

General Guidelines

  • Researchers from academia, healthcare, and industry are invited to submit abstracts describing original research or case reports.
  • All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee, and the Committee’s decision is final. Accepted abstracts will be presented in poster format during the congress and will be published in the Malaysian Journal of Pathology.
  • All abstracts must be submitted via the “Online Abstract Submission Portal” by clicking the “Abstract Submission” button below.
  • Abstract submission does not constitute congress registration. Authors may submit their abstracts without registering; however, upon acceptance, presenters are required to complete the congress registration to confirm their poster presentation and attendance.
  • Please note that the early bird registration rate applies to abstracts submitted before the early bird deadline, provided that the registration is completed before the congress dates.
  • Authors are strongly encouraged to carefully review the abstract submission guidelines prior to submission to ensure compliance with the requirements.

  • 31st May 2026
    Early bird registration and abstract submission deadline
  • 19th June 2026
    Notification of abstract acceptance (All presenters will be informed via email)

Word Limit

  • Maximum 250 words, excluding the title and author information

  • Introduction
  • Objectives
  • Materials and Methods
  • Results
  • Discussion and Conclusions

Poster Presentation (E-Poster)

Authors of accepted abstracts will receive detailed instructions by email on the preparation and submission of their e-posters.
