    1. Registration & Payment
      • Registration is confirmed only upon full payment via the official website.
      • Payments are processed securely via iPay88, an authorised payment gateway in Malaysia.
      • Payment processing and related services are supported by MCPATH QAP Sdn Bhd.

    2. Cancellation & Refund
      • Cancellation before or on 30th June 2026: 50% refund
      • Cancellation on or after 1st July 2026: No refund
      • No show: No refund will be made.
      • All refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 10% administrative fee.

    3. Name Change / Substitution
      Registrations are valid only for the individual named. A registered delegate who cannot attend may nominate a substitute delegate at no additional cost, within the same registration fee category, by notifying the Secretariat in writing via email by 1 July 2026, with complete details as required in the online registration form. All changes, if no refund is requested, are subject to committee approval.

    4. Programme Changes
      • The organiser reserves the right to modify the programme, speakers, or arrangements without prior notice.

    5. Liability
      • The organiser and Secretariat are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage during the Congress.

    6. Photography
      • Participants consent to photography and recording for promotional purposes.

    7. Agreement
      • By registering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

    8. Certificates of Attendance
      • It will be issued only to registered participants who attend the Congress and/or workshop.
