 The online payment gateway is currently being set up. Payments via credit card, bank transfer, and e-wallet through this portal will be available soon.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Secretariat must be notified in writing of all cancellations. Refund will be made only after the congress and only applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation before or on 30th June 2026: 50% refund
  • Cancellation on or after 1st July 2026: No refund
  • No show: No refund will be made.
  • All refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 10% administrative fee.

 

Name Change / Substitution
Registrations are valid only for the individual named. A registered delegate who cannot attend may nominate a substitute delegate at no additional cost, within the same registration fee category, by notifying the Secretariat in writing via email by 1 July 2026, with complete details as required in the online registration form. All changes, if no refund is requested, are subject to committee approval.

Liability
The Organising Committee will not be liable for personal accidents, loss or damage to private property of the delegates during duration of the congress. Delegates should make their own personal arrangements.
