Registration is confirmed only upon full payment via the official website.
Payments are processed securely via iPay88, an authorised payment gateway in Malaysia.

Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation before or on 30th June 2026: 50% refund
Cancellation on or after 1st July 2026: No refund
No show: No refund will be made.
All refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 10% administrative fee.
Name Change / Substitution Registrations are valid only for the individual named. A registered delegate who cannot attend may nominate a substitute delegate at no additional cost, within the same registration fee category, by notifying the Secretariat in writing via email by 1 July 2026, with complete details as required in the online registration form. All changes, if no refund is requested, are subject to committee approval.
Programme Changes
The organiser reserves the right to modify the programme, speakers, or arrangements without prior notice.
Liability
The organiser and Secretariat are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage during the Congress.
Photography
Participants consent to photography and recording for promotional purposes.

Certificates of Attendance
It will be issued only to registered participants who attend the Congress and/or workshop.
